Bengaluru, this one feels special. RCB defended their IPL title with a 5-wicket win over Gujarat Titans, chasing 156 with calm and confidence. At the heart of it was Virat Kohli, unbeaten on 75 off 42 balls, bringing up his fifty in just 25 balls - his fastest IPL half-century.
RCB finished at 161/5 in 18 overs, after Gujarat posted 155/8. Kohli also ended the season with 675 runs, once again giving Bengaluru a night to remember.
For every fan who stayed loyal through heartbreak, memes, near-misses, and “ee sala” hopes - this was more than a win. It was Bengaluru’s patience turning into pride.
